Authentic Indian recipes, which differ slightly from city to city, involve the use of numerous herbs and spices. Let me introduce you to some of my hot and spicy secrets!
Fish is a protein-rich, low-fat food that provides a variety of health benefits. White meat fish, in particular, is lower in fat than any other source of animal protein, and fatty fish is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, or "good" fats. Since the human body cannot produce significant amounts of these essential nutrients, fish is an important part of the diet. Also, fish is low in "bad" fats commonly found in red meat, called omega-6 fatty acids.
Ingredients
2 pieces of fish (large size)
100 grams of gram flour
Salt to taste)
¼ teaspoon red chili powder
¼ teaspoon of Garam masala
½ teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
3 tablespoons of cornmeal
250 g of vegetable oil
1 lemon (small)
Method
Cut the fish long and well. Add the garlic and ginger paste, red chili powder, garam masala, pepper powder, and salt to a plate. Squeeze the lemon. Mix well adding water. Add fish to this mixture and leave 5 minutes for tycoon.
Heat the oil in kadai over moderate heat. Now take the fish and mix it with cornmeal for once and put it in hot oil. Fry it well until the fish fingers are browned. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
The delicious fish fillets are ready!
